Chill Out Gents

This laid-back rock version of the traditional Christmas carol God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen is great for a holiday concert. All the rhythm section parts are fully notated so your group can create the feel necessary to play this chart with success. The piano player can have fun with the rock organ stop on the digital piano and all the fills can be played as is or ad libbed. There are also suggested solo parts for the solo section. The chart is structured so that it can be played with any 4-, 5- or 6-horn ensemble plus rhythm section. Additional horn parts are included so it can be played with virtually any combination of horns.
