Chips, and Salsa Too

Written with upbeat Latin rhythms, this delightful piece begins with colorful percussion sounds complementing a hypnotic rhythmic motif in the winds. A tuneful melody in the clarinets soon follows, bubbling joyfully above the well-established percussion groove. Other instruments gradually enter in layers until all the sections arrive and join in the musical party.
