Chorale Variants

This dynamic work is cast more as a fantasia than a set of variations. The woodwind flourishes purposely reflect what an organist might sound like while improvising on the strong chorale theme. Additionally, as with the glorious sound of a giant pipe organ, the full dynamic power of the wind band comes together to bring the piece to a passionate and vibrant close.
