Pronounced, Cheen-kway (which means Five in Italian), this piece contains light, yet deep melodic lines and enjoyable surprises in tonality. Cinque provides important parts for every instrument that makes a young ensemble sound mature. It requires each player to perform in multiple styles and and gain experience in a key that looks more difficult than it is.
