Come and Deliver Me

This solo expresses the pain, supplication, and sadness that can be part of the Christian life but that are sometimes put aside in favor of a more upbeat message. This prayer for deliverance from a dark time reflects the mood of a number of the Psalms. The clarinet part can alternately be played by a violin.
