Opening appropriately with a triumphant sound, this rousing Easter anthem is easily prepared yet highly effective! The festive opening soon gives way to a contrasting and hushed a cappella passage which leads the listener to stand in front of the empty tomb. The regal anthem then culminates with the majestic hymn Crown Him with Many Crowns. An optional trumpet is included as well as an optional congregation part for verse 4. Instrumental parts for brass quartet and percussion are also available.
