Come Down Rain

Inspired by an Arabic folk song, this work describes a rainstorm followed by a harvest celebration. Opening with atmospheric sounds, the music slowly increases in intensity, accompanied by the compelling sounds of a thunder sheet. Powerful percussion then joins with brass as the storm arrives before erupting in dance and celebration.
