Come to the Fountain of Mercy

This setting of the 19th-century text by Fanny Crosby is done in a simple, light Celtic ballad style. The voice parts are primarily in unison, and duet in sixths, with three- and four-part writing sparingly used in the refrain. The accompaniment mimics both the sound of the Irish harp and, later, the Irish tin whistle.
