Comfort, Comfort Ye My People

This fresh anthem anticipates the Advent season by combining elements of a traditional carol with a jazzy new melody and driving accompaniment.  The traditional tune Aberystwyth appears in tandem with the new melody, and the addition of small percussion instruments gives even more color to the presentation.  It's classic jazz, yet reserved and even playful.  Very highly recommended!
