Concerto for Metronome

This unique piece gives students the opportunity to work with a world-renowned musical icon – the metronome! As they "accompany" the steady beat of their mechanical guest, students will have a great experience with counting beats, subdividing, and bowing technique. And of course, they'll learn how to use a metronome and incorporate it into home practice. The score includes an announcement that can be read at a concert to introduce the esteemed guest soloist. This is a really fun piece that will reinforce great musical habits.
