From Smetana's famous Bohemian opera "The Bartered Bride," this familiar movement is an audience favorite, with its lively rhythms and characteristic melodies. It's edited from the original, and has some really fast scalewise passages for the strings; otherwise it's not too technically difficult. Works great as a concert opener or encore!
