Ten cool songs that kids will love have been choreographed with simple, easy-to-follow steps. The dances are motivating and will encourage children four years of age and up to become more fit, develop better rhythm and coordination, and enjoy socialization. After many of the dances, the DVD shows directions on the screen along with steps that have been slowed down enough so that kids can easily learn the movements. Kids perform in this live-action DVD.
