Welsh musician and poet Euan Tait's lyric, one of his "bird" series, is magically set in this sparkling art song by Korean composer Hyun Kook. The composer focuses on the word "dance" in the poem and added a mystical atmosphere with a whole-tone scale in frenetic minuet style. A challenging work for mature choirs.
