Dissonance

This ballad describes the cognitive dissonance that arises when we discover an inconsistency between what we've been taught to believe and the actual truth that reveals itself from experience and inner wisdom. The arrangement starts with a lengthy solo and continues with a full-choir a cappella section, a climactic build with the full band, and a final swell of dissonance before a peaceful resolution.
