Dona Nobis Pacem

This work merges classical singing along with the Sami yoik tradition to create a fresh new sound. All the lyrics, except for the words Dona nobis pacem are yoik syllables with no linguistic meaning. The result is a folk-like style in the lower voices paired with an angelic quality in the upper voices accompanied by piano or synthesizer with optional accordion or wind instrument and percussion.
