The Marty Paich charts focused on modern jazz classics including this arrangement of the Charlie Parker composition Donna Lee. This arrangement features both altos and trumpet 2 playing the first half of the head in unison with just rhythm. The rest of the ensemble joins in for the second half of the head. Solos are for lead alto saxophone and tenor saxophone. An alternate part for the Horn in F (trumpet 3) is included.
