Engulfed

Engulfed is written to express the intensity and strength of a fiery blaze. From the initial impact continuing on, this work is full of heat. Part of what brings that intensity comes from the bold percussive elements, layered with rich brass textures - while letting the upper woodwind voices flicker across the page.
