Exploring Shifting for String Orchestra

Exploring Shifting helps students develop shifting technique using easy exercises that provide time for students to master skills and memorize new fingerings.  Each section of the orchestra plays in unison for each exercise to help with listening and tuning. Whether you are teaching students shifting from scratch, or want to review shifting technique, this resource will quickly build confidence and shifting ability.
