Final Stanzas, Vol. 5

In this, the fifth volume of Final Stanzas, David Maxwell continues to explore the harmonic possibilities of the hymn tunes while considering the nature of each tune. The settings are perfect for use on the final stanza of a hymn. This volume includes 20 tunes, which cover 28 hymns in the Lutheran Service Book. The settings are very accessible for both the organist and the instrumentalist, and reproducible parts for optional C and B-flat instruments for each piece are included.
