First Light

This work for young musicians depicts an early morning adventure on a river raft.  After the light-hearted opening, the music glides into the calm, early morning waters as the sun slowly rises. The action picks up with the music taking on a rustic dance-like nature as the river rushes through white water rapids before the calm quiet end of the journey.
