Exploring different facets of time, this unique work utilizes a wide range of compositional devices, including periods of aleatoric playing, a dizzying effect of mimicking multiple ticking clocks, and a variety of moods and time signatures. Densely layered harmonies contrasted with lyric passages and striking melodies create an overall effect that is quite different and most creative.
