A rousing arrangement of Martin Luther's classic Advent text is paired with the tune DEO GRACIAS (The Agincourt Song). The easily-learned vocal parts sound full and vibrant, and the four-hand piano accompaniment provides tremendous, driving energy. An optional general season text by the composer is included (“We’ll Shout the Praise of Christ on High”). This anthem works well for the sanctuary or the concert stage.
