From Heaven Above to Earth I Come

Here is a delightful and memorable arrangement of the hymn tune VON HIMMEL HOCH. Several contrasting variations of the tune are given, using techniques including mallets, shaking, and LV, along with the use of optional handchimes. Snippets of Handel's ANTIOCH (Joy to the World) are interspersed throughout and add sparkle to the piece. Moving from 4/4 to 12/8 and back provides rhythmic interest, but with few bells changes, this Level 3- piece is very accessible to Level 2 choirs.
