Written for handbells and optional 3-7 octaves of handchimes, a part is also included to add in an optional cajon, djembe, or hand drum. Though comprised mostly of original melodic material, part of the tune Blessed Assurance makes an appearance later in the piece. Set primarily in 7/8 time (but with instances of 6/8, 3/4, and 4/4 thrown in), it's a great piece for learning to count and feel in multiple beat patterns.
