Emma Lou Diemer has composed another inventive, engaging collection comprising new settings of seven hymn tunes appropriate for any season, but particularly for Lent and Easter. The moods vary from joyful to meditative. Tunes include HERZLICH TUT MICH VERLANGEN, MAUNDY THURSDAY, MIDDLEBURY, NOËL NOUVELET, VALET WILL ICH DIR GEBEN, VÅRVINDAR FRISKA, and VRUECHTEN.
