God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen

This is an exciting and accessible arrangement of the traditional carol arranged for a Tenor/Bass Choir. The piece begins and ends with opening lines being sung in a call and response fashion. As the piece progresses, each voice part is given the opportunity to sing the melodic material of the carol. The piano accompaniment provides a supportive role to the singers without always doubling their parts. My Tenors and Basses had fun singing this arrangement and I hope yours do as well!
