Heart of Jesus, Think of Me

This short prayer from St. Augustine's Prayer Book, a manual of devotions published by the Anglo-Catholic Order of the Holy Cross, is a lovely meditation for Communion. The devotion is repeated twice: first by unison women's voices alternating with men's, accompanied by organ; then by a capella voices in full harmony before organ accompaniment returns for a short coda and "Amen."
