Heartsongs

Based on the hopeful messages of the extraordinary young man, Mattie J. T. Stepanek, this collection of inspirational songs can be sung individually or as a cycle with narration.  Challenged by a rare and fatal form of muscular dystrophy, Mattie's courage and grace inspired millions through his writing.  The musical settings showcase the spirit of his poems.  Sensitively set for younger voices as well as older treble choirs, this work is a reminder that we must work for peace in our world!
