Hector the Hero

Compelling arrangement of one of the musical treasures in the genre of Celtic music, prepared by award-winning El McMeen for classical string trio - violin, viola, and cello. This soulful violin tune, "Hector the Hero," was composed by the iconic Scottish violinist J. Scott Skinner in honor of the Scottish war hero Major General Sir Hector A. MacDonald ("Fighting Mac") who met a tragic end. The music consists of a score, and music for the separate instruments.
