Henri Vieuxtemps Repertoire

Belgian violinist and composer Henri Vieuxtemps (1820-1881) was one of the most important violin virtuosos of the 19th century. This volume contains well-known works and rarities from his concert repertoire, including Romances op. 7, Souvenir d'Amérique op. 17 (variations on the famous Yankee Doodle melody) and the much-performed work Ballade et Polonaise op. 38.
