Hero's Anthem

Hero’s Anthem (2005) was composed for the Bowling Green State University Trombone Quartet and captures the bold spirit and noble character of the instrument. Scored for four trombones, the work unfolds with a sense of grandeur and purpose, evoking the sound of ceremonial fanfares and stately processions while also showcasing the warmth and lyrical beauty of the ensemble.
