While the tempo says Moderato, with a bmp implied at 104 bmp, feel free to
take this faster if you group can handle it.
This piece teaches simple counting and dynamics. It also maintains a
traditional march format in that the trio changes key with accidentals the
measure before the key change and stays in that key until the traditional
stinger with an accent at the very end,
