"I carried your oxygen" is a poem by David McLoghlin that was
commissioned for an episode of NPR's RadioLab. This poem recalls an episode
of his feelings while carrying his aunt's oxygen tank through a busy
restaurant. Set in a relaxed SATB chorus with Tenor or Baritone soloist, this
piece would be appropriate for high school, college, community, or
professional ensembles.
This is the second movement in a three- movement work called Elements.
