I Know That My Redeemer Lives

Neil Harmon has set the 19th-century American folk hymn tune, SHOUT ON, for SATB a cappella voices. Samuel Medley's 1775 text includes the recurring refrain, "Glory, Hallelujah!" Sopranos divide briefly near the end; otherwise, very approachable SATB writing predominates. Bright and rhythmic, this anthem is perfect for small and large choirs alike.
