In Recital Throughout the Year

In Recital Throughout the Year is a series focusing on fabulous recital repertoire by a variety of today's expert composers including Melody Bober, Elizabeth Greenleaf, Timothy Brown, Kevin Olson and many more. The original solo compositions, duets, and arrangements in this series are intended to motivate piano students so they may reach greater musical heights. Pieces for Halloween, Christmas and Fourth of July performances are also included. Dr. Helen Marlais offers invaluable level-appropriate practice and performance suggestions in each book. A performance CD is included with each collection. Etude in D Minor in book 4 is written in 5/4 meter. Toccatina in book 6 is written in changing meters. Morning Has Broken, and Dans le Jardin are written in changing meters also.
