came from a middle class African American family in Chicago. His work is
often included in anthologies of 20th century poetry.
Thomas Mazur (1945-present) initially a singer and dancer in and around
NYC; eventually settling into a career in Arts Education. He is now retired
and living in Delaware Water Gap, Pennsylvania.
