Interstellar

Follow the story of an aspiring astronaut as they take off into space and feel the rush of soaring through the atmosphere in this complete show for mixed choir. Explore the emotional side of leaving one's planet and experience the powerful rush of space flight, which is unlike anything on Earth. Ultimately, the astronaut feels the pull to return home to loved ones. Musical genres featured in the show include a hip-hop opener, a dance-pop change of pace, a classic swing costume-change number, a pop-rock ballad, and a festive world music closer. There are a number of vocal solo features throughout the show, including a prominent alto feature for the ballad.
