Wow! This is a blues with serious attitude! It comes out of the gate roaring and includes plenty of interesting details that make this a standout chart for high school bands. Great dynamic contrasts are built in so there are some moments that whisper and some that explode. It's a great addition to the swinging blues repertoire at this level - you may even hear Basie's influence on this one!
