Jazz Performer: Uniquely Christmas

These arrangements were inspired by a CD performed by American jazz pianist and composer Bill Cunliffe entitled That Time of Year containing freely improvised jazz interpretations of ageless carols. The music is filled with many influences, including bebop and swing, baroque and impressionistic styles and modern jazz. Titles are: Angels from the Realms of Glory; Coventry Carol; God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen; Jingle Bells; Silent Night; Ukrainian Bell Carol and We Three Kings.
