After a short rubato introduction, this approximately five-minute holiday composition moves rapidly through a wintery mood before moving into a fast swing section towards the end. �Written for 10 to 13 performers, all of the major percussion instruments are used throughout. �In particular, two 4-octave and one 4.3- or 5-octave marimba, agogo bells, congas and a driving drum set part are all utilized. If you don't have enough players, three parts are optional as they can be covered by the drum set. �An exciting holiday addition to the percussion ensemble repertoire!
