Intertwining familiar melodies with original melodies and providing the opportunity for solos and independence between the 5 flexible parts, plus optional percussion, "Passion &amp; Resurrection" is a powerful and meaningful piece to share with all audiences.

The Traditional South African Tune, "Siyahamba," also known as "We are Marching in the Light of God" arranged for string orchestra.  While an energetic addition to any concert program, the arrangement is also a useful teaching tool for introducing or reinforcing the concept of syncopation.

"Creation" is a lovely medley of two beautiful hymns remembering our Creator and the beauty around us when we take a moment to "stop and smell the roses."  Suitable for a string orchestra or even a quartet, the melody is passed from one part to another and the accompaniment and transitions are celebratory and declarative.   paces in your beginner band.  Part 3
  utilizes ONLY 2 notes for the entire piece allowing all beginners to be
  successful.  Part 2 includes some of
  the melody, but is very playable for a typical beginner student.  Part 3 provides challenge for those
  students who are advancing more quickly or allows for collaboration with
  older students who are selected to play with the beginning students.
