Let Us Break Bread Together

This arrangement of the traditional spiritual begins with the optional handchimes playing quietly, as befits a communion hymn.  The second stanza on handbells has more movement, leading to the triumphant third stanza, "Let us praise God together..." Following this, the piece settles back into a peaceful ending with a return to the handchimes, accompanied by suspended malletted bells.
