This lively arrangement of a common children's tune is a study for articulation and for balancing melody and accompaniment. Written in the key of F Major, this duet is perfect for elementary level students. The secondo remains in F Major five-finger position, but must balance RH off-beat chords with the LH bass line. In the middle section the primo part plays the off-beat chords shifting positions one step at a time and later playing IV and V chord inversions.
