Lucky 7 Rock derives its title from the 7 notes which are included in
the
music: B-flat scale wise up to A-flat. The grade level is 1.5 which can
be
performed by students nearing the end of the first year of lessons or
students who are entering the second year. Clarinet notes are below
the
break. Trumpets, Alto Saxophones and Flutes occasionally reach the
upper octave B-flat. The rock style of the music will be conveyed by
the
percussion section. The one blue note for winds is A-flat. All
instruments will have a passage which carries the melody.
