Luminous

With text based on words written by high school students, this piece speaks of the complex feelings associated with generational pressure, one's place in society, and the desire to be a source of light in the world. Mostly in four parts throughout, with the exception of an aleatoric section at the end, this work has rich, bright harmonies that are truly luminous.
