"In The Beginning" is a setting of text taken and inspired by  Genesis 1. Written for SATB choir with divisi this piece is is suited for the  more advanced choir.

This prayer, often called the "Prayer for the Faithful" is  attributed to St. Patrick.                The piece starts out in an accessible 4-voice SATB setting and leads into a  short TTBB section after which it returns to a 4-voice SATB setting before  introducing a contrapuntal arrangement of the amen to close the piece.

I was approached by SHALOM a young men's quartet about composing a piece  for their Christmas album. "O Child of Mary's Tender Care", a  setting of an anonymously written hymn text is the piece that came out of  that collaboration. I'm happy to have had the opportunity to work with them  and I recommend you go check out their recording of it on one of the major  streaming services.                This piece was written to be accessible to a quartet but will work well as  as a full men's choir piece.

"Peace I Leave With You" is a setting of the text taken from  John 14:27. Written for SATB choir with some divisi this piece is an  accessible work that will make a great end or near end of concert piece.

There Is No Rose is a contemporary setting of the 15th century text.  Scored for SATB choir and piano the piece begins tenderly with a soprano solo  who represents the rose and slowly builds both harmonically and  contrapuntally through the end of the piece with an invitation to leave the  mirth of the world around us and follow the joyful birth.

"God of Music, Guide our song" is a setting of a hymn text by  the mennonite hymn writer, Adam M. L. Tice. It is a prayer to God, before  singing, To guide our music and be our song.
