Merry Birthday?

Written for small casts, this 25-minute musical is set in an unlikely place - a bus station on Christmas Eve. Elijah and his family are snowed in, jeopardizing their holiday AND Elijah's birthday, a celebration he shares with Jesus every December 25th. While he grumpily relates the disadvantages of a Christmas birthday to Abby, a foster child on her way to a new home, an unforgettable celebration is brewing! Share this powerful message with your congregation AND provide foster care kids with a special birthday present. Written for a cast of 6 or more, ages 8 and up, and featuring 4 songs incorporating familiar carols, all files (other than the Performance MP3) are reproducible.
