A sweepstakes-award-winning show of inspiration! It encourages each of us to dream big and never give up on our goals. Opening with Overture from "Dancer in the Dark," the dream theme is revealed, which is sprinkled throughout the show in various forms. Dream Is Collapsing introduces a sense of confusion as the dreamer is riddled with doubt. Hymn of Acxiom brings a sense of contemplation and a subtly stated resurgence of inspiration, only to be thrown into turmoil with the exciting and chaotic themes from Hand of Fate. But with perseverance comes success as the show concludes with a rousing, up-tempo restatement of the dream theme as the dream is realized!

Marching Band Complete Show

Shades contrasts the light and dark of our world. Each movement contains both dark and light elements. The show begins with a light percussion groove that leads to the opening impact. Darkness is portrayed through most of the movement with a few hints of light sporadically. The second movement depicts light with small group featuring leading to the impact. After the impact the darkness theme begins to take over very slowly while transitioning to the percussion feature. The percussion feature has a driving beat that will give the rest of your ensemble a chance to show off their drill or visuals while leaving your percussionists with an exciting feature. Shades concludes with a final movement with a driving tempo that will slowly add instruments and complexities to the final impact: a bright chorale that with some inversions and a much slower tempo could be recognized as the ballad chorale, running mallet work with one last darkness theme, and metered ritardando to the finish. This ending will push your performers to work hard and leave them out of breath like any great marching show should do!

Shades

Tribute to Space Pioneers pays homage to the science fiction genre, and is a tribute to all those who have brought excitement and inspiration to people of all ages for many decades by making science fiction come to life! The piece opens with a slow, familiar, chorale-like setting, signified in the chimes, followed by the opening statement in the solo trumpet. This section serves as a call of honor to all those who have helped paved the way for the genre, and particularly those who have passed on. The piece then erupts into a fast and thrilling journey, which will take your audience on a true adventure into space and the unknown! The closing section depicts a calm, pensive reflection of the journey, and ends with the same somber, yet peaceful feel with which it began, indicated once again in the chimes. Picture a peaceful summer day, where all is in its place, until, the arrival! Let your imagination run wild this depiction of an alien encounter! The opener begins with a peaceful chorale and trumpet solo intro, but soon turns hectic and mysterious. The ballad leaves room for creativity -- are the newcomers peaceful? Is it a rouse? Perhaps you've been taken? The closer finishes with intensity and energy as the battle for Earth ensues!

The Arrival

Revolution is a four-movement show. It opens with one of Jean Sibelius' best known works, Finlandia. The second movement is a dark, dissonant, and heavily sustained ballad. The third movement will give your ensemble a chance to show off the percussion section. This drum feature changes from 7/8 to 4/4 to create an exciting and unique groove for your audience. Of course, no revolution would be complete without the famous 1812 Overture. This exciting chorale-style ending will excite your band and audience alike!

Into the Forest will take your band on an exciting journey through a mystical place. With a fast opener, a slow lyrical movement, a percussion feature with an exciting grove, and an intense closer it will leave your band and your audience wanting more!

Deep Within the Mirror explores the human psyche, how society views us as individuals, and how we perceive ourselves! This reflective yet driving and powerful show is full of thematic and visual opportunities, and lends itself very well to unique and effective drill concepts. Designed with smaller bands in mind, this show provides a challenge that is achievable with smaller groups, but is fully functional for larger groups as well! Instrumentation can be modified to meet your needs, just ask the publisher!

Visions of Spain is a unique, fiery Latin program that will take your listeners on a fast-paced and action-packed journey through some of Spain's most famous and scenic locations. In the first movement, The Cave of Altamira, explore one of Spain's most famous cave systems with this ominous, yet energetic show opener that drives from start to finish. Then, enjoy the beautiful wind harmonies and delicate accent writing for front ensemble in the second movement, Granada, portraying one of the country's most beautiful sites, the Alhambra. Finally, close out your program with the third movement, Corrida de Toros, tell the tale of the infamous bullfight! The closer includes a driving percussion feature and brass solis that will put the crowd on their feet!

Visions of Spain

This high-powered yet dark and exciting show is one that your audience will not soon forget! The first movement opens with a familiar bittersweet melody in the bells, followed by an explosive horn impact, reminiscent of Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor, making a clear statement of uncertainty and chaos. In the second movement, the audience will be left to contemplate the current frame of mind, with a pensive and melodic break from all the commotion, including brief solos across the ensemble. The closing movement begins with a luscious chorale setting of Amazing Grace, giving the audience a false sense of assurance that everything is right again, before twisting into a dark and powerful finale. The closer features soli sections for woodwinds, brass, and percussion.

Explore the dark and mysterious by stepping into the shadows with this ominous production featuring the entire ensemble! This exhilarating and intense production brings mystery and excitement throughout. With plenty of chances to show off your horns and your percussionists as well as endless body movement and dance opportunities, Gothica is a show your band will enjoy learning and will love performing! Within the Machine is a program in three movements: 1. Reboot, 2. Within, and 3. Rise of the Machines. Featuring music from The Terminator, the opening movement portrays the shutdown and reboot sequence of the machine intelligence, resulting in a new awareness, the awakening of Artificial Intelligence. The second movement features Within by Daft Punk, and portrays the inquisitive nature of the machine's new intelligence; a grasp at understanding it's curious, new world. This movement features either a singer, recorded sample of a singer or solo instrument. The final section, featuring Mr. Roboto by Styx, brings the machine full circle, profoundly re-affirming it's machine identity but with new, and perhaps, ominous implications! *This show contains copyrighted material, copyright permission must be obtained before purchase. Primal Rhythms! is a depiction of the most basic of human emotions as well as the versatility of the human spirit. It's a show in four movements: Celebration; Battle; Loss and Triumph. Opening with Simple Gifts, the band elevates itself and each other through gestures of godwill and teamwork with soaring melodies that convey the sense that we should reach for the stars! Sometimes we fall along the way, as portrayed in the middle movement, Falling Slowly.
