Minuet and Trio

This original composition features melodies constructed in the style of a Baroque minuet paired with harmonies in a much later style. In the trio section, the flutes are featured in pairs so that each player can be heard, requiring excellent tone quality, intonation and rhythm from all four players. Only a limited range is required, making this arrangement accessible for developing ensembles.
