Mock Morris

Delightfully upbeat and lively, this Grainger classic will lighten up full orchestra concerts and provide a bit of musical history at the same time.  Written in the style of a morris dance, it is completely original and was inspired by the motto "always merry and bright,"  which may be the best way to describe it.  It moves along at a brisk pace, surprisingly rhythmic and tuneful, and the light, jaunty style will stand out on any program.
